Michael,

Thank you very much for sending the guide and more importantly for the insight you shared with me on our phone conversation. After hanging up with you, I reviewed the guide and found it to be very organized and easy to read. It's the only guide I've seen that has the potential to give hope and understanding to those facing the prospect of foreclosure. 

As a mortgage broker, I am bombarded every day with emails from start-up companies willing to pay me to refer clients in need of foreclosure advice. I've avoided them like the plague as I know these companies generally exist purely to make money off of people who are at their most vulnerable time. I know, that's contradictory to the image of the mortgage broker these days but there are a few of us out there with a conscience.

In researching the foreclosure process for my own personal purposes, I ran across your web site and was surprised to see that the information you are offering is at what I would consider a reasonable cost.  I decided to order the guide with the notion that if the information was bogus or unusable, at least I didn't spend a great deal and that if I learned anything, I learned not to bother with low cost information.

I was pleasantly surprised with the content and extent of the information in your guide; how well thought out it was and that any ordinary person facing foreclosure could and should utilize the services you provide.

A few years ago my husband lost his job and within a short period of time foreclosure was staring us in the face so we contacted the Foreclosure Assistant. We were not able to keep our home because we couldn't replace our income in time; but the Foreclosure Assistance helped us avoid foreclosing, which helped our credit.  We were also able to stay in our home longer without making the payments.  The Foreclosure Assistance Package works!!!
